Hi, is there a way to exclude a subfolder of "images" folder in Joomla ? For some reason if I optimize the images forming a "Unite Revolution Slider" which I imported from my localhost testing environment, the slider itself stops to be displayed correctly and images are no longer visible.
Many thanks!

Hi,
Sure you can exclude any server folder. Check the Joomla page "Select the server folders to optimize": https://www.imagerecycle.com/cms/joomla
Though this is not normal as images are just replaced, does it also happens with a fresh image uploaded to your slider?
If that's the case, I encourage you to drop us a support ticket.
Cheers,

Hi Tristan, thanks for your quick reply.
I clicked on the folder icon, not on its name, so nothing happened and I couldn't see the list of subfolders so silly me for asking such a stupid question!
As for the unite revolution slider, I suppose this isn't a problem due to Image recycle, but to the way this component exports the sliders created locally; as I said I created my slider in localhost, then exported it using the inbuilt compression utility. The zip package contains all the images and the setting of the slider, but I forgot to replace my localhost URL with that of my live website (which is under https protocol, by the way) BEFORE exporting the slider.
Moreover I had this problem only in Chrome, but not in Safari... actually when I realized I had a problem, I tried to revert the slider images to the original, but I received an error message from Image recycle, stating that the API wasn't a valid one.
The only solution I was able to find was to delete the previous imported slider and import a new one with updated URL...
Thanks again and Happy New Year (even if it's a belated wish!)
