Is it possible to control which sizes to optimise?

WP generates different sizes of images from the original one uploads e.g. Thumbnail, Medium, Large, Full Size. The theme also generates different sizes. Is it possible with the Image Recycle plugin to control which sizes to optimise. I would like to optimise only the full size and medium, is this possible?
