Image recycle

Hi,

When i upload my pictures and try to locate the image to optimize it i get the response "There is no data" i can see the image on my website but i can't locate it with image recycle. I have cleared cache and copied the exact image name but still can't find the uploaded image.

Hi,

Is the file optimized on your website?
Do you use sub accounts?

Hi,

I don't use sub accounts and the file is not optimized unless it is optimized automtically on upload.

Make sure to have that in the settings the folder where is uploaded the files is one of the optimized one.
Also you can try to reindex files in the settings page.
