Hi there,

I'm just wondering which plan to purchase for a site that I'm optimizing. They have many (many) images, and some are 5-7 MB each. How can I get a quick sense of whether I'm looking at 3GIG or 10GIG of data? IS there a way of seeing, in WordPress, the total size within the media uploads?

Thanks :)

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us.
About the size, could you install the plugin attached and go to your WP dashboard? You'll get the global size of your "Uploads" folder (make sure you don't have 10GB of video inside though :)

Cheers,

Thanks. I just purchased a plan :)
I set the settings to reduce the images to 1600px - but when I optimized a specific image, the pixel-width is still huge:

Hi,

Maybe this image has not been optimized yet? Could you please drop us a support ticket we'll check that for you.

Cheers,
