We don't offer PNG to JPG conversion. I would add that compressing a PNG image will usually return a better ratio quality/size (even without transparency). The image compression really change the fact that jpg are better size/quality when there's no transparency.
If you have the opportunity you can make a try from a Photoshop raw export.
