Plugin Not Working For Magento

We have installed the plugin for Magento 1.9.x and it has worked fine in the past on other servers. When we went to production we can login and then are asked to select an account to use. Once we select an account it seems to be processing but then returns us to the same screen. Is there any permission settings or other configuration we might need to do so the plugin install of the account ids works correctly?

Hi,

It seems to be more related to a javascript issue..
Have you a javascript error in the console? Sometimes in production server script modules are minimified and merged, if a script is not correctly written it could break the others, and ours.

You can try to disable merge and minify and see if you still have the issue.

I do not get a JS error or any other error/warning on the console (Chrome). Is the process as simple as creating/populating a file or a record in the database that we could do manually?

You can set manually your api key and secret in the settings page.

How do I get to the settings page? When I go to System->Image Recycle I get the Welcome On Board logo with the use existing account and create a trial account buttons.

Oh ok I see.
If you have access to the database you can edit the following values with your api key and secret in the table core_config_data

When we do so it works and then shortly after resets the database values to null. This is not after a restart of the db or web app. What are we doing that that would cause that?
