Get "file type not allowed" when I try to optimize PDF

Whenever I try to optimize a PDF, I get the message “this file type not allowed.” What could be causing this?

Hi,

We've just tried on a fresh install to be sure, uploaded your pdf with the same filename ant it works as expected on our side.
Here is a screenshot with the optimization status.

Have you the latest version of ImageRecycle? If not please update the plugin.
If it's the case please create a support ticket with a temporary access to your website so we can have a look on this issue and help you to solve it : Support ticket system
