Download optimized image fail

Testing the image optimizer on my joomla site and some of the images on my home page (testing on home page) are getting this message 'Download optimized image fail' they are no different to the images next to them. Any reason why this would happen?

You got this message in the Joomla admin side or using the web optimizer here?
