I need some precisions here: you upload 8000 images per month on WordPress or another CMS? I'm asking that because the CMS itself or plugin like Ecommerce generate automatically thumbnail on upload sometimes.
If it's "only" 8000, I would say that the $50 plan will be enough for a year.
