How can I add subdirectories inside list of directories from which images will optimized?

Yes, from the settings, if you select a root folder it'll automatically select all its subfolders (but you can still uncheck some of them).

I can not able to select specific subcategory inside root directory because there is not a list of subdirectories for any main directory.
I must have to do it.
Please guide me.
