Help! I purchased a plan and I guess that Image Recycler has started working in the back end of my site, but it has pushed my hosting CPU usage to 100% and now I can't access the site.

How can I stop the process running and make sure it only works in small batches? I have many thousands of images on my site.

Hi,

This is not normal it should run in background yes but absolutely not taken 100% of the CPU resources.
Could you drop us a support ticket please?

The developer will take a look at that.

Thanks.

Sort of. Not sure. IR support logged into my site and did some tinkering, the high CPU went away after a while although the plugin is still a little flaky and I have to check every week or so to make sure it's optimized new images, otherwise I can get a backlog.
