server crash and +/- 14000 files with status optimized @ 0% cannot revert, fresh server install

Hi tristan, this software seem fantastic, unfortunatelly he completely crash my server, i restored the site, but when i'm asking to optimise the images again, he believe that a majort part of the files is "optimized at 0%" trying to revert, but no luck, I have 32k images, and if i select show all, the browser just get gone, trying to optimize all, restore all, no luck,

the story is that i have restored my site back both SQL and web server, but image recycle continue to think that i have +/- 15000 files optimized.... so i guess that this optimisation is logged from your side, as no files of the crashed server remain on the server, going mad with that storie,

server restored, apps re installed on fresh server

can you help?

i share you also the last log entries when the server totaly crash....

Running Joomla last release 3.8.12 fr

Hi,

About the crash, it could be due to a memory problem on the server side, as our component has to check all folder to find files if you have a lot of files and low resources available in the server the server could then restart to prevent memory problems (please ask your hosting provider if they could confirm).

hi trisant i wrote to support but its a kind of emmergency, as the plugin continue to think that files as been optimised and she's not, i'll tried also to navigate to year/month of image but as i have a directory who is called "images globales" the plugin is unable to go deeper (because of the space) i renamed it to "images_globales" and selected the year 2011 and he still saw the previous image from images folder....... :(((((((((((((((

can you warn support that they have a ticket? i work on the issue tonite
