Odd behavior using ImagerRecycle on a 2nd site does not optimize automatically

I use ImageRecycle on one domain and it's worked flawlessly. I just added it to a new domain and am having problems with getting the optimization to work properly. I can select a few images and it will optimize with no trouble. However, the optimize every 5 minutes option which i've set does not optimize any images.
I tried selecting a 100 images and IR made it through about 95 of them but the last 5 small files just spin and i have to close the browser tab and sign back in to be able to get out of IR. I can't log out, nada.
Something isn't right but I can't sort this one out. What do you suggest?
