all images are still queued but nothing more happens

Dear support team,
I installed the extension yesterday and started the optimization.
But the processing status is still 0 from 1212 images.
All images are still queued but nothing changes.
Do you have a hint how to start the image optimization process?
Or is there anything like a logfile where I can see what the problem is?

I'm in the same boat. Installed the extension and activated but everything just stays in the que. Only way to make it run is to select each image manually and click on Qued button and then click on Optimize.
