Where is the location in your application to install the necessary API keys? If I use existing account it finds my main account but if I choose select it brings up a blank page that does nothing. If I return to the application it still displays "Once you have registered your API key this message will no longer be displayed."

You can find it in the main configuration page.
System -> Global Configuration -> ImageRecycle
