Made me pay full price although I have inserted coupon info!!!

Regarding my subscription,
I actually did not activate this purchase! This means I was waiting to do that once you have deducted the 40% percent reduction, But I received this purchase activation from your part or as one touch by Paypal at full price although I had added the coupon Coupon: BFJU
I therefore have to ask you to refund me:( the 40% amount or otherwise I will have to cancel this this purchase!

Hi,

We don't have any automatic purchase from our side. All the subscription are manual ;)
Anyway, please drop us a ticket, we can either extend your subscription or make a refund and you can get a new one with the coupon.

I have sent you an invoice with Paypal this morning, so all you have to do is send me 7.50 Euro which is equal to the amount I paid too much!
